Export
Export your records as a CSV file for a spreadsheet, or your whole plan as a backup file you keep.

Export records as CSV
- Open Settings.
- Under Your data, tap Export records (CSV).
- Choose where to save or share the file.
Export a backup
- Open Settings.
- Under Your data, tap Export backup.
- Save the file somewhere you'll find it, like Files or iCloud Drive.

On the Mac, the same actions are in Settings → Data.
